Telemedicine (Virtual Visit)                           $125.00

✔️Book a telemedicine (online virtual) appointment from your computer, tablet, or smart phone. Your child will be evaluated virtually on our online secure, HIPAA compliant, telemedicine platform. Necessary treatment, instructions, and prescriptions will be provided as needed.
✔️Telemedicine (online virtual) appointments available in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, and Utah.

House Call                                                     $250.00 

✔️I come to you, examine your child, and provide pediatric care. Receive appropriate treatment, medications, necessary tests and prescriptions!
Receive lab and X-ray orders if needed.

In Home House Call With Procedure           $350.00

✔️Toenail removal, wound care, stitches, glue, staples, IV fluids, foreign body removal, nebulizer treatments & more.

Insurance

✔️In-network with First Health, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare insurance (with $100 travel/convenience fee).

I Treat the Following:

• Respiratory symptoms: asthma and wheezing, croup, coughs, Influenza, RSV, Covid-19
​•Skin conditions: minor burns, rashes, allergic reactions, abscess, skin infections, impetigo
•Infections: UTI, Strep throat, ear infections, eye infections, sinus infections, PANDAS/PANS related illnesses
​•Diarrhea and Vomiting, dehydration (IV fluids)
•Injuries: lacerations (stitches, skin glue, skin staples), sports injuries
​•Foreign object removal from nose and ears
​•Well-Child Visits
